General instruction for application before apply Online
- You must have a valid and updated registration with the Madhya Pradesh Employment Exchange. If your registration has expired, renew it before starting your application
- Ensure your Aadhaar is linked to your current mobile number. Biometric or OTP-based verification is a mandatory part of the MPESB profile system
- You need to download the official template from the portal. This single image file must contain your Photograph, Signature, and a Handwritten Declaration in the specified boxes
- Your photo must be taken on a white background and should not be older than 3 months. Crucially, your Full Name and the Date of the Photo must be printed clearly at the bottom of the image
- Keep your Class 10th (High School) marksheet handy. Your Name, Father’s Name, and Date of Birth must match exactly what is written on your 10th-grade certificate
- if you are applying for age relaxation or reservation (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), you must possess a valid Digital Caste Certificate and a Permanent Resident (Mool Niwas) certificate of Madhya Pradesh.
- Use a permanent mobile number and email address. All future communication, including your Roll Number and Result alerts, will be sent to these contact details.
