General instruction for application before apply Online

The Appointment and other service conditions in respect of the candidates selected through this recruitment selection process shall be governed as per extant rules of the Govt of UT of J&K
The candidate seeking to apply for the advertised posts shall be the Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and must possess a valid Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority
Relaxation of five years in the upper age limit shall be provided to the candidates who claim the benefit of additional weightage as casual workers as defined in the Jammu & Kashmir Appointment to Class IV
Candidates may note that their candidature admission in examination will remain provisional till the genuineness and validity of their documents relating to Technical qualification is verified by Appointing
Candidates are cautioned to note that in case a claim for reservation is made on the basis of Invalid certificate they shall be debarred from the examination conducted by the Board
Horizontal Reservation means the reservation which would cut across the vertical reservation and the persons selected shall have to be placed in the appropriate category by making necessary adjustments
In case sufficient number of candidates belonging to the Ex- Servicemen are not available on the basis of General standard to fill all the vacancies reserved for them candidates belonging to the category
