General instruction for application before apply offline
- In case a candidate does not appear on the specified date, time and place for Document Verification along with original documents he shall not be eligible for provisional appointment
- Candidates are advised in their own interest that they should not furnish any particulars that are false tampered or fabricated and should not suppress any material information
- All correspondences with the candidate in connection with the recruitment will be made by university through e-mails/SMS on the registered e-mail ID and Mobile number submitted by the candidate
- Any request for change of Address or Email ID or Mobile number after submission of the application form will not be entertained. Also, no change in particulars shall be permitted
- Candidates meeting the eligibility will be required to appear for the Personal Interview. Depending on the number of candidates interviews may be held up to 09.00 p.m. on the same day
- Only candidates meeting eligibility conditions in all respects are required to apply. If at any stage it is found that the candidate does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria
- A candidate can apply for one position only in the subject advertisement. In case of multiple applications from a candidate the latest one shall be considered as final and older applications shall be rejected
- In case it is found at any stage that the candidate is either not meeting the requirements as laid down in the advertisement or has given incorrect information while filling up the application form
