General instruction for application before apply offline

  • If any document certificate furnished is in a language other than Hindi or English a transcript of the
    same duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or Notary is to be enclosed
  • Candidates selected for the post will be on probation for a period of two years from the date of taking
    over charge of the post. The probationary period may be extended or curtailed at the discretion
  • The number of vacancies indicated against the Post is provisional and may increase or decrease at the time of selection. The Competent Authority may or may not fill up any or all the posts or cancel 
  • Any discrepancy found between the information given in application and as evident in original documents at the time of verification of documents, will make the candidate ineligible for the post
  • The selected candidates will not be permitted to apply for appointment elsewhere or in CSIR-NAL during the probationary period and if they have already applied for any posts in any other organization
  • Candidates are advised to use the prescribed application form attached to the advertisement and submit the duly filled-in hard-copy application well before the closing date to avoid any last-minute rush
