- No Criminal Case Or Police Investigation After Lodging Of Fir Should Be Pending Against The Candidate In Any Court Of Law At The Time Of Filing Of Online Application As Well As During Various Stages
- Any Candidate Included By A Criminal Court Of Competent Jurisdiction For Any Offence Is Ineligible To Apply For Any Post Of The Nhpc And During The Recruitment Process
- If Found The Candidature Will Be Cancelled For Appearing In Further Recruitment Process
- The Candidate’s Selection Pertaining To A Particular Batch Is Valid For That Batch Only. Qualified Candidates Whose Names Do Not Appear In The Final Merit List Cannot Claim Admission For Next Batch
